Never got to try it, signed up with a phone number, had to change my number, can't change it in the app. It is forever permanently locked to whatever number you signed up with. Employees had to tell me my rewards and all that, can't sign in to the app without access to a number that's already been disconnected. Fix it.

I've tried entering a password, and it either tells me, "Password must be at least 8 characters, lower and uppercase letter and a special character." Which was my original password. Or it will say, "Input does not meet criteria." Guys, seriously?

I had already a card accumulated points but when I scanned the square code in card it gave me another card inside the app... how in the world am I going to move the already spending $ accumulated on my physical card... there's no way to do it...

Maybe not send coupons if stores can't honor coupons. False advertising is a thing. Also, I had to remove a card, and now I can't add the card back. How backwards is this app? It 2024. Bring the app up to date, for crying out loud.
