I have been using the Rodo app for several months. It is a great tool for researching several different makes and models of vehicles that you are interested in leasing. It's also helpful to see the pricing data for each vehicle. Once it was time to start the lease process, starting the lease was easy. The App walks you through process with step-by-step directions. Even uploading needed documents was easy. Unfortunately, at this point I encountered my only negative issue. I was well on my way to leasing the vehicle of choice when I was notified that the dealership had elected not to accept the offer they had advertised and countered with a much higher price. I was a bit upset that they could do such a thing. After ranting at the Rodo Rep for a while, I went back to the Rodo app and finally found another vehicle that met my needs, although more expensive, and started the process over again. This time, all went well and within a few hours I was ready to close the deal. One of the perks that I was not expecting was that Rodo arranged for a Lyft vehicle to pick us up and drive us to the dealership---about a 50-mile trip. That was a nice surprise! I spent about 2 hours at the dealership finishing the paperwork and drove home. All in all a very good experience. I have no problem in recommending Rodo to anyone who is looking to lease a vehicle.

Dealship initially asked more money than advertised price but jerry from rodo reached out to me, and he helped me to negotiate the deal with them and finally made them cave in and I leased the car. He worked even after his working hours since he was located in NY and I live in California and there is 3 hours time zone difference. It was a great experience working with rodo and jerry. Would definitely suggest using their platform to my friends.

Tryed to do the lease buyout, the rep claimed they can do that w/o issues even though other 3rd party services can not. The last moment the rep requested the additional $1000 fee for the service. I refused, but valuable time was lost. The issue is that would he mentioned that fee upfront I would have made the alternative plans, however because I lost couple of days I lost the alternative offer, thanks for nothing Rodo

This is either a scam or a group of highly inept individuals. I ordered a Subaru Outback on the app that clearly said the cost was 378/month. After my credit was pulled, the dealer raised the price of the car claiming it was a miscommunication. I had talked to a representative from Rodo earlier in the day and at no point did he mention the price increase, and neither did the dealer (on our email thread). On principle, either Rodo or the dealer should have absorbed the price increase to show good faith. The representative later said that the fine print basically allows for these price changes to happen. Now why would you ever use this app if the price you are quoted is not really what you are asked to pay after they pull your credit score, and you've gotten insurance?
