I'm not sure why so many people are writing bad reviews the leasing to own is a way better price then rent a center or Arron's and whatever I'm saving like a whole grand compared of what rent a center charges

I'd like it for the most part however no matter what store you click on to use the loan money that they give you have to apply all over again it doesn't work like they think it works. One of the people on chat told me to go on to the website I wanted to shop which was Best buy and on checkout look for their progressive leasing and click on it and then enter my ID number. Well that doesn't even come up on the screen it's not even a choice, so why would I be told to do that? Not knowledgeable.

My experience with using app is convenient but also prog lease has been a positive expierce helpful prog has allowed the privilege to get my music gear and my collecting of music equipment with helpful service very professional and care abaught the consumer when dealing with prog there actually working with the seller and buyer and the communication between the 3 is amazing and continent no hassle since late 2017 iv have been a customer I designed and leased now I own my dream electric guitar.

I've used Progressive Leasing several times before and never had an issue until now! I decided you pay the lease early, after paying I got a bunch of emails congratulating me on my early pay.ment. Then I get emails saying that I missed a payment and a $10 bounce back fee was applied to my account. So after paying it off early they tried to take the payment for that month

DO NOT USE - Deceptive Business Practices Warning about PROGRESSIVE LEASING: I had 2 agreements, perfect payment history, never late, and paid one off early because they encourage early payoff. After that, I was “approved,” but blocked from using it due to a fake “payment verification” error using the same debit card and bank account they already had on file. Customer service gave no explanation. Other early-payoff customers report the same issue. Be careful. DO NOT USE! They love bad customers

I was approved and went through the whole process. They verified my checking account and everything. Then as I'm about to sign I get a message to call them. Was told they don't accept my account. Because it's an online bank. 10 years ive had it. FDIC insured checking account. No different from someone using say Wells Fargo online. Hypocritical for a company who's whole business is online. Horrible, shady company.
