Tracking and timings very poor. Waited the stated 1 hour, tracker said still cooking. I queried it, to be told that a driver had collected my order and was en route. It's a 10 min drive to my house, after 25 mins, I rang the "driver's" supplied number to be greated by a very rude man, claiming he was the manager, telling me that it was very busy, and the tracking was wrong... the only way the tracking is wrong is if he's cleared food as ready when it's not. Usually my fav but this has put me off
