Money was deducted in no time and the order wasn't delivered. No, any source to contact them. Worst customer service (as it's not available), The number which is provided on App isn't reachable. No food and no refund as well. 😡

Recently I had a horrific experience ordering at rolls mania. I completed my order with payment and was waiting for more than 2 hours to receive my order. When I called the rolls mania store the person arrogantly answered my call and rudely asked me to pick up my order whereas I was just asking regarding status of order. How can he ask to pick up if I have ordered it through app? Please look into this asap.

I downloaded the app today & placed my order at 2.03 p.m. & till now I haven't received my order. Now it is 17.02p.m. There is a message that is popping up from the time I have placed my order : "Your Order is awaiting confirmation from Rolls Mania". The Delivery Boy has switched off his Mobile from the time I have placed my order. His name is Atul Shine. Till now, it is switched off. Very bad service & one of the worst experience I had. If it is an old person he or she will die of hunger.
