Everything is fine except for the address issue. We can't enter a custom delivery address and have to choose from the preset ones. It would be much more convenient if we could add any address we want, especially when sending a surprise to someone or delivering to a family member.

Often it says it's can't deliver to my address, even though it can. The notifications come an hour or so late. I.e. the food was delivered already then a while later the notification says it's dispatched, after we've all finished eating and digesting the food 🤣🤣. So basically the delivery guy has to call us when he arrives. App is sort of useless.

Keep saying it doesn't deliver to my house, changed to the far outlet just to let them call me and say they have changed it to the nearest outlet near my house. It didn't happen just once, multiple times, very inconvenient.

Please for pick-up orders and delivery orders, if possible, customers or users can order with a small amount. Because I have made a pick-up order that costs less than $10, and it was not accepted. It expresses a little disappointment as a customer who is really chasing time and just want to order meal in small amount. Maybe it's just a trivial or small matter, but hope this suggestion can be considered. Thank you. 😊
