Food cold not good chicken small not like picture taste not good fries It tastes cold, as if they prepared it a day in advance and reheated it. I don't recommend at all . Staff not answering they are Not interested

While the app is useful in placing orders, the branch in Al Hilal was so slow. It took 5 mins to accept my order, app shown as preparing until 1 hour, I called to follow up, the person said upon checking their system, already waiting for the driver for delivery, after 30 mins, the driver is still at the same location, not moving, the app status was never updated, I called the driver, he said still not prepared so again, I called for 2nd follow up. Took almost 2hrs to deliver my food
