My bad... I had to change another setting in my advanced router settings, which was the "802.11b/g/n" option, which I had to change it to "802.11b/g" Now back to normal and working great.

The manual is of limited use because of the poor translation (from Chinese I assume). After several minutes of trial and error, I configured Wi-Fi successfully and all seems to work well. I have read that the SSID must consist of letters and numbers only and the 2.4GHz network SSID used must be different from the 5GHz network SSID (if any) configured on the same router. Alexa or Google integration would be nice, but I expect it must come sometime or this company won't survive in the marketplace.

This app has just updated and now won't work unless it has access to LOCATION, STORAGE and TELEPHONE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. None of this information is necessary for the application to work and wasn't required in the previous version. I will not be using it anymore. Hymen have replied that they need this access to be able to read the apps files. This is not necessary if the application is correctly written. I have other apps controlling switches and doorbell cameras that don't need this acces
