An absolutely fantastic and fun way to connect with friends. My lover and I keep sending messages between rooms with a snail, and I maybe also sent a snail overseas which is a 2+ year round trip. I love the collectable aspect, and being able to personalize birds. There are games too - I just wish they were w bit chiller, and that nests could be bigger! Would love to see more human made accurate bird art, but overall a great way to communicate long (and short) distance!

I really love the idea of the app but using AI images is really off-putting and unnecessary. Also, you only have the option to sign in with Google or Apple.

Can't verify my phone number. "This operation is not allowed. This may be because the given sign-in provider is disabled for this Firebase project. Enable it in the Firebase console, under the sign-in method tab of the Auth section. [SMS unable to be sent until this region enabled by the app developer. " RU region is not supported yet...

I think it's a fun concept, and I've enjoyed sending birds, but it came to my attention that the bird portraits are made with AI, which I can't abide. There are a bazillion photos of birds on the internet, why use AI? The resources are already wasted to make these portraits, but please consider removing them and updating with real pictures of birds.

Love everything about this app but cannot support something that uses AI to generate assets. All the bird images (and I suspect passport stamps also) are AI generated which is not only lazy, but generative AI is awful for the environment. Anyone who cares about birds should know where they stand on such environmental issues. I would only come back to this app if artists were hired. I'd rather have simple human-made drawings of birds than AI slop.
