Hasn't worked for weeks constantly loading my profile, and sits in stuck mode. Need roubler to contact me this is an app I use weekly to claim expenses not good enough. Still awaiting Roubler to contact me no response really disappointing

Just says "hold tight while we load your profile" and then spins forever. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, no change.
