I've been using the latest versions of the APP for the last few months, and I'm amazed that the reviews have been so bad about it, but the APP itself is doing great. I may encounter a few map related problems, but it last for like 5 to 10 seconds maybe we should put up a different window for just the maps and the list of addresses should stay separated which will help the drivers with ease of routing the area beforehand they deliver to that specific street. Android version is very slow. Lot of bugs. Submit options disappears, you can't select the parcel sometimes position and have to restart the device. When you split the route, the optimization is bad, and you have no option to deliver more than one package all at once and have to select one after another to deliver on same address which sucks and slows you down.

Very poor work is done to make this app for Android, every time app gets login while taking picture and takes 6 to 8 seconds to get options of taken picture to try again or ok. such a bad application I have ever seen. For IOS is good but for android it is garbage. IOS users take 4 to 5 hr to deliver all parcels; however android users take 8 to 10 hr to deliver same number of parcels. This app does not deserve even 1 star.

Barely works offline or low network Refuses to release driver numbers resulting in spamming of useless notifications multiple packages same address listed separately, different addresses listed under 1 address weights, dimensions, and delivery time are wrong throughout entire tasks security issues still not addressed some tasks activate your camera without your input. From a 7-year-old basic app that was more functional and easy to use, to this monstrosity that hasn't worked from day 1.
