Comments on ROVER Mobile for Android

★★★★★ it's my first time using this app as I just started firefighting, but it seems others have the issue of not getting alarms and notifications for calls. I don't get text messages either

★★★★★ I had this happen again. Last time was when I had to get a new phone, this time I cleared a lot of data off my phone, and it stopped with the tones. Now I only know a call has come through if I get the text then open the app for details of the call. I tried emailing the support team, but it was blocked by your mail server.

★★☆☆☆ Not a bad app but I can not get it to sound notifications for the life of me I've tried everything within the app itself and my phone settings.

★★☆☆☆ Joined a new fire dept and so far not impressed with Rover. Sorry but active 911 I had with the previous fire dept worked a lot better. Missed 2 calls do to never activated my phone, last call sent me the info for the previous structure fire. Mapping is not as good as 911 gave you precise directions. Hopefully I can get this dept to switch do to so many issues.
