This app is horrible. I have been a member of the row house for 16 months. I constantly have to uninstall reinstall. This app just freezes up, does nothing useless. I can't even make freaking appointments for classes now. Fix this app, or I'm going to quit you. Charge us a lot of money, get the app working. Numerous people at our studio also complain.

This has nothing to do with Row House fitness. The app however has lost serious luster. As an unlimited member, I am supposed to have access to all studios across the country, and always have. Previous versions of the app would allow me to add whichever studio I was visiting and thus sign up for classes, choosing my erg. Not anymore; pulling up another studio says I need to "sign up", even though I'm actually signed in, but it just creates an endless loop of signing into my home studio only.
