No option to remember log in information. App broken and won't submit claim. Just another thing that's wrong with RT Health.

Wasn't letting me log in for a couple of weeks and now every time I click on to change who the claim is for it kicks me out. Please allow claims to be submitted same way online (ie without claim form!) since the app never seems to be working to submit.

If I could give it no stars I would. It is indescribably bad. I received a temporary password to sign in as it wouldn't recognize me. I managed to successfully lodge a claim and have it acknowledged after 2 months of intermittent attempts via the phone app and email. Then my attempts to change from the temporary password to a permanent password were fraught with difficulties. It was finally achieved. I then went to check that it was working and the circle of doom appeared again. OH NO !!!!!!!!!
