Game is fun, but matchmaking online doesn't exist. My advice to new players is to create a custom game with the timer needed, or you'll always be playing against pro players that can make moves within 15 secs. Most are not bots, they're just good (People like to interact using the preset conversation options and emojis!) "Purchased" through Play Pass. I tried replicating others' experience but had no issue winning against computers on pro, even when giving 2-minute timers.

I love this game so much. Rummikub is a favorite family game and we get really competitive. Gives me a chance to get an edge over my aunt, the reigning queen.

Level system is ridiculous, as you earn points when you win, and lose when you can't. Sometimes you get lucky, or the game helps you progress to the next level. But as soon as you lose a game, and points, you revert back to the previous level. I've been playing for days, and I'm not bad, but I cannot progress beyond the second level. The game puts you in rooms with unequally matched players. As a level one player, get ready to play against level >20 people, who might not even be real players.

So many bots making the game unplayable. You are always dealt a terrible set so by the time you're able to put anything down, everyone else is down to 6 tiles already. Completely uneven matches - No matter what level you are, you'll play against level 20+ players. By the time you go up a level, you'll be brought straight back down in the next game as you only gain points for winning the game, but you lose points if you're 2nd or below.
