Comments on RunTogether Group Leader for Android

★★★★☆ Cassi P · Jun 2, 2026

The new dark mode is nice BUT the gray names on a black background is not the easiest to read when outside in the sunshine which can make it difficult to check people in. Either needs a change in text color or the option to switch between light/dark mode within the app itself.

★★★★☆ Dom Jackson · Oct 11, 2019

Edit: After the latest update it now works pretty well, no longer getting exception errors and can manually add runners in, don't need to sign in and out to see whose booked on either. Thanks to the devs for fixing the issues.

★★★★☆ Leigh Warburton · Jan 26, 2022

Edit: Following an email all is now up & running again. Seems to be working better than before the reboot. Reloaded this on my phone ready for the end of lockdown. Previously I could find my groups and do all that I needed but had to log out and in again to refresh information. Now I won't even load any groups, really poor in comparison to the runner's app.

Helpful app for Run leaders to book people onto existing Run sessions, works well on my phone and saves paperwork

★☆☆☆☆ Cat Parsons · Jan 26, 2023

Unable to add new runs as doesn't save the info once inputted so have to log on to a desktop/laptop instead which is inconvenient. There have been issues with miss match of personal info showing in runner app vs leader app for an individual (concerning if there was an emergency). Runners also having issues with links not working to book onto runs. Sadly the app is becoming unusable.

★☆☆☆☆ Gail Hattersley · Dec 16, 2024

Does not recognize loin details. Even though confirmed all details with run leader group who have access to same account.

★☆☆☆☆ Claire Chambers · Dec 21, 2025

Since the update, I am unable to add people on to a session on the app. I can't see emergency contact details either. I have emailed Run Together several times, and they have ignored me.

★☆☆☆☆ gary holtom · Aug 12, 2021

Shocking, its never worked. I can't add runs and when I log on it, just automatically kicks you off the app. Can't find any groups either.
