Worst banking app in Bangladesh. Its 10 years behind than others in technology and facilities. Worst UI and user experience. Just some basic task. That's it. Stay away from Rupali Bank and its app.

The sign-up process doesn’t work properly. Even when I try to sign up, the OTP doesn’t arrive correctly. The app developers really need to improve these issues. It’s a very disappointing performance.
