I am still waiting for tech support to call me 2 hours after scheduled callback time. What am I paying money for if I can't get the promised service. Certainly not going to renew my membership once it's expired. It's absolutely worthless.

After using this app for a while now, it seems it has uninstalled and reinstalled over the last couple of days. It has done this while we have our camper in the shop awaiting authorization for repairs. This is an issue because now the app indicates I do not have an account with RV Complete. I have the original contracts for my warranties. But, now I can't log in to the app to see my contact information to give to my service representative.

IMO . Trash company They don't pay for anything to be fixed or replaced. My cables are out of alignment and will need rollers put on. Not covered, will cost me thousands to fix even tho it's a manufacturer part. Stay away from this company

Bought a rv from Blue Compass paid for a warranty, roadside service etc. downloaded the app at the store and created an account, but now they want me to pay $39 and says I have no account.
