Description
The RxPortal Mobile Application helps patients and providers stay connected. The application allows patients to attend live Telehealth visits with their physician or clinician. I had to use this app because medical clinic used it, and I found this app next to useless. It literally had one job to hold pictures from my clinic and let me download them. The download function did not work. I can't even pinch to zoom to view the pictures in the app. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give this app of -5 I would. You cannot enter your age as a date. You have to scroll back month by month until your get to the month and year of your birth. I had seven forms to sign from my provider I'm 71 years old which means I had to scroll back over 5,900 months. How ridiculous!

App does not provide privacy or T&C forward to page error. App initially downloaded when a Med spa requested and sent link via text. I added photo and video and never heard from Med spa or knew what would happen to my personal data. I tried to remove it also uninstalls the Med spa text again with this link. I downloaded again (foolish)as it still won't provide data, and I definitely don't trust it. If business won't work with what I use, and I am the one paying them then no downloads or new accounts.
