Ryde stock drop to 0.27 soon will drop to 0.20 and their rider getting less and lesser not easy to hit incentives. Drive for grab or go jek n tada better. Ryde side on rider not driver.stock dropping 0.25 soon or delisted

Downloading statements are just absolutely ridiculous. No annual statement available, have to download one by one for each month, worst of all, can only download 3 statements per day before it states maximum number of statements downloaded for the day! 3 statements a day ?? Really ??? So to download "annual statement", will take someone 4 days ????? Maybe ryde doesn't understand how statements work.

At times of writing, Ryde server is down! I press "I'm here" but can't press "pick up". On the riders' app stated I've arrived. Trying to get help from support failed. Got no choice to send riders to their destination using other navigation apps. Will I get my riders fares since it already paid to the app?

Fare is way too low compared to other platform like Tada or grab. Need to revise as petrol n rental cost had already risen quite a lot. Hope Rdye management seriously gives a thought abt this and revise the fare accordingly for the sake of driver's high operating cost. Today road block everywhere from membina to bugs plus yet still very low fare
