I installed this to register my tools. Was confusing but easy once I got the hang of it. It is best to scan from the tool itself. Go to My Tools at bottom, Start New Registration > Scan Product Data Label (QR Code on tool) > select the tool from the list > click the QR symbol to the right of the serial number box to scan in the number (no need to type it). I found it easiest to do the tools individually even when they came as a set. Complaint: I cannot see a list of the tools that I own. Ugh.

I cannot get this app to work on my android. Now I have 1 tool bought in May that I was unable to register and has stopped working. Yesterday bought another tool and the app again is useless. I don't think I will be buying any more ryobi tools

Requires login. Can't find generator app. Features removed after purchase of generator if the generator app is gone

Installed app after seeing "register products in 15 seconds". No "register product" option in My Tools tab, nor could I find it on other tabs. Went to Ry obi site, which does have a registration page, but process is the same as other product registrations: manually enter purchase date, store number, item number, serial number, etc., Given I have 9 Ry obi tools & 13 batteries, it'll take more time than I'm willing to spend registering them. 1 min each, yes, 10 min each, not worth the time.
