I installed this to register my tools. Was confusing but easy once I got the hang of it. It is best to scan from the tool itself. Go to My Tools at bottom, Start New Registration > Scan Product Data Label (QR Code on tool) > select the tool from the list > click the QR symbol to the right of the serial number box to scan in the number (no need to type it). I found it easiest to do the tools individually even when they came as a set. Complaint: I cannot see a list of the tools that I own. Ugh.

You all are doing too much. I shouldn't have to log in YOUR site to check the settings on MY generator. Bring back the old app.

Not so good so far... registered a new 30th anniversary drill, date was incorrect by 3 months even though I bought it 2 days ago. Tried to register blower, it somehow registered it as another drill. Tried to register the new blower again, but now it says the product number is wrong even though it is exactly as pictured on the tool. Cannot delete mis registered tools, only archive. If the registration is going to mess up so bad, let us edit and resubmit or delete. Can't message Support, only call

Installed app after seeing "register products in 15 seconds". No "register product" option in My Tools tab, nor could I find it on other tabs. Went to Ry obi site, which does have a registration page, but process is the same as other product registrations: manually enter purchase date, store number, item number, serial number, etc., Given I have 9 Ry obi tools & 13 batteries, it'll take more time than I'm willing to spend registering them. 1 min each, yes, 10 min each, not worth the time.
