The app is mostly fine, but there's a glaring omission when it comes to notifications: I can enable notifications for incoming transactions (which is nice but non-essential), but the app does not support notifications for outgoing transactions (e.g. in case of a "conciliation"). It's quite bothersome to check manually! I'd very much like to keep an eye on how much the insurance company debits from my account or the electricity company or my ISP etc.

Finally....after months of waiting...update 5.21.0 from dec 14th is finally compatible with the fairphone 5 on Android 13. No more landscape, no more truncated and obscured fields and at last pay conic.

Based on my personal experience, I can say the app is efficient for my needs ! True, some things must be reviewed, but overall it's okay. The platform in itself is way cooler than what I'm used to seeing, and easier to get that most of the others.

Why did you merge the Payconiq app? After more than 2 months, it is still not possible to make any Payconiq payments using the integrated app. QR Code is never recognized by other banks for pavement request. I was using it a lot in BE and NL before the merge. Now I have to make bank transfer (expensive for small amounts) + Lux trust token or pay cash. A nightmare.!!!

I need to transfer money now, or I cannot travel by bus. I cannot log in as every time I try to use the app, I get a message stating" S-net is currently unavailable. ". This happens with sudden trips. They told me to call tomorrow at 08:00 after the trip starts. Nobody does check or offers details at night over the phone.
