Absolutely love my safe Tag. Really does give me peace of mind when parking in long stay car parks or other places. It's just so simple to view the live data. Definitely one of my best ever purchases. Easy interface to read and icons are simple to understand. I've owned it now for around 18 months now, and I'm 100% happy with Safe Tag. Excellent coverage and history logs on my trips out and about the UK....

Love this app & the tracker I bought to use with it. Very easy to set up & use very reliable & accurate. Only two things I would improve on. 1) the option to be able to change the alert tone to something of choice & 2) smartwatch alerts

Poor app bad support. I contacted support months ago about the poor app, how the target button does not relate to the tracker and also how you try and cancel your subscription and things, and it just forced full pc mode on your mobile and does not scale for phone, so you can't access certain things. They say they will do things but never do.

Notification should be very loud it's a vehicle could be getting broken into, and I get a buzz most of the time I don't notice. I've tried everything in the settings and my phone settings

Not 🚫 So Happy Anymore... App Was Great Sending Notifications, But If You Get A Red Traffic 🚦 I Missed One Lousy Payment Due Date, Due To Changes With My Financial Institution... I've Contacted CS Representative, via Email, & Still No Resolution Reactivating Tracker... :/
