Love this app & the tracker I bought to use with it. Very easy to set up & use very reliable & accurate. Only two things I would improve on. 1) the option to be able to change the alert tone to something of choice & 2) smartwatch alerts

Fantastic bit of kit and always spot on. Received an email from the company stating a 4g upgraded unit will be on its way to me and further emails asking if I wanted to keep the data from the old unit or have it deleted. Most helpful and like I say a fantastic bit of kit

Not 🚫 So Happy Anymore... App Was Great Sending Notifications, But If You Get A Red Traffic 🚦 I Missed One Lousy Payment Due Date, Due To Changes With My Financial Institution... I've Contacted CS Representative, via Email, & Still No Resolution Reactivating Tracker... :/

Poor app bad support. I contacted support months ago about the poor app, how the target button does not relate to the tracker and also how you try and cancel your subscription and things, and it just forced full pc mode on your mobile and does not scale for phone, so you can't access certain things. They say they will do things but never do.

Notification should be very loud it's a vehicle could be getting broken into, and I get a buzz most of the time I don't notice. I've tried everything in the settings and my phone settings

Started off ok. Now it misreporting location and static status. To your reply, I have contacted them and have not received any reply. Hence, the review.
