The app is very nice and easy to navigate. Very similar to the online platform so easy learning curve after you get used to one, the other will be a cinch! My favorite feature is the deposit check! I live in Alaska now and don't have easy access to depositing a check, so this will be my favorite tool! I have literally waited years for this! Thank you PC FCU for the upgrade!

I love the way this app works in real time; I can either, sign in from the mobile app, and see my account in detail, or, just tap the pcfcu app icon and right there is my balance-current balance of my savings, as well as checking account! Handy app!

What in the world was done to the app this week? And why is no one letting PC FCU know how awful the changes are? All the features that I liked are now gone. No more 4 digit pin option to get in. Now you have to type the full password. The app now forgets me, and I have to do text verification and full login just to view my balance HALF THE TIME. Under "Contact Us" there is zero contact information or help assistance. Whoever made these changes this week, they made the app horrible. HORRIBLE!

This is the shittiest financial app I have ever used. It forgets my devices EVERY TIME. So you better not be too specific (you know...secure) in your secret answers for your double verification. Because you will be using them EVERY TIME you want to log in. I downloaded this, so I wouldn't actually have to physically go into my branch to pay my bill. Frankly, the extra time I waste fighting this app is not worth it. Fire your development team.
