I moved here from reddit after they officially announced they hate women. This is a great platform, you have a right to free speech here. The user interface takes a little getting used to (you have to swipe left on a post to give it an insightful upvote and right for a funny upvote) but it's overall pretty good. There is no downvote button so brigaders can't tank your post.

Good progress so far, still a little work to be done. The app functions a lot like Boost for reddit, which I've always preferred. There are two types of upvotes but I find upvoting a comment a little awkward because the comment action menu is so big so I have to move my thumb to the top of the screen to upvote. Don't particularly wanna downsize that menu. The addition of extra colours for comments like in boost where no colour means direct reply and red means comment reply, etc. would be great!

Great app, great website, and completely open source! It is forked from RedReader, one of my favourite apps on Android. I do wish it would re-merge some of the newer RedReader features, though, like videos muted by default and automatically loading comments you make as they are posted.

I can't even login and search for subs. I'll stick to reddit

>goes to saidit on phone for the first time >desktop site on mobile browser, completely unusable >download this app "saidit is under heavy load right now"

All the reviews are from people reviewing the website and not the app The app itself is garbage, search doesn't work and you can't go to any subs that aren't default
