Excellent product Has a solid feature set and a pricing model that worked well for us (I looked into a lot and this product has the most features for the money). Loving being able to use the Web version in the office and access up-to-the-minute info and make changes on the road or just while waiting for something elss to happen. Company responds to all support request quickly.

Great for outside sales and account management. It's affordable. There are REAL people you can call or email with questions. They are very responsive and professional. You can customize your experience to suit your needs. Outlook integration and automation options saves me a ton of time. It paid for itself on my first sales day using it.
