I originally gave this app 4 stars because it is fairly simple to use and has many options for keeping track of everything through the salon, but slightly glitchy. But now I am lowering to 3 stars. I did not know when I downloaded that this app had to be used on Wi-Fi. I don't have Wi-Fi at work and when I would book a client and then come home, the appt was no longer there. Or I would open a day and all my bookings were gone. It took me deleting and reinstalling to get them back.

I couldn't sign in. After signing up, I was sent to sign in, but then there's password. I wasn't given any password :(I searched in my messages and emails, but there's none. I tried to tap on Help, but it doesn't work. Then I tried again after 5 minutes, do sign up again. Only it doesn't work after tapping sign up. Really frustrating. Hopefully they don't charge me on the first sign-up. I couldn't even sign in.
