Works, although it can be a pain. NFC is reliable, but unlocking from the widget is 50% miss. Very often either an error will appear, or the wrong door will be unlocked. PS, why, WHY is the widget not sized 1x1? PPS Does not work if installed in work profile.

Guys the app is not working at all and there is no way to report anything, I enter in my account as usual and there are 0 keys available, most importantly same account on two phones - one phone shows the keys another shows nothing

After I installed Smart Things from Samsung this app locked me out from my home. Unable to get back inside, nor lock the door. Major Software flaw

The app logs me out constantly and doesn't give me my key, so I have to log out and log in again for it to work. And half the time I do that the key wobt work and I have to swipe again. Super annoying when you're standing in the rain trying to get in.
