I suggest, As a top level Sri Lankan bank, Please reduce the bank charges like other banks. Now all banks are giving their services for free and giving high services more than your apps. Please develop your apps and give top service experience to customers. It will increase your customer base. Thank you.

A very unreliable app. Waited in a queue for 30 minutes, all for the app to fail whilst at the counter (the OTP was not sent via the app to my phone to confirm the transaction). Had to manually write up a slip and do the withdrawal process again. Ended up having to spend 1 hour at the bank all just to make a withdrawal. Disappointing coz I don't use this app very often, but when I do, there's always some issue. Today was the third instance.

Today I used this for the first time to withdraw money, and I had to sign in using Vishwa (online banking) credentials to get an access code. The problem is the fact that we have to sign in at the counter where there are so many CCTVs monitoring us and people waiting in queue looking at our phones. What if someone saw our username and password? I think you should allow us to use biometrics to get the security code/transaction code instead of forcing us to type extremely sensitive data publicly
