I have been in an accident before. While we were waiting for the ambulance, I told a friend of mine, it is times like that a person realize how important it is to be insured, on top of all SANTAM. Some insurance companies contacted me to do a quote, and I told them that even though their quotes will be R500 less than SANTAM, I will never accept because through my experience with SANTAM, they definitely keep their promises to their clients. I will never abandon SANTAM for any other insurance.

Great easy to use app - love it. I have a suggestion though. As a smart park client it would be really great if there was a section where I could see my last recorded mileage, when the new one is due or a notification reminder and a place to upload an image and record new mileage count as well. The app can do everything but this.

I registered myself on the app, but now it doesn't recognize my ID number and won't let me get any further, yes I do have a Santam policy

Absolutely rubbish. App does not run unless you have screened lock enable. App does not recognize streets and addresses so not possible to register any claims. Trying to run the app again, it forces you to change settings on your phone and doesn't run without it. Complete waist of time

Unable to launch the app as I do not have a lock screen. The app wants the device to have a lock screen, and if you do not, it will not open, it will rather take you to your settings
