The new and improved Santam Client App provides a range of features for Santam policyholders leading to an enhanced self-service experience. The registration and authentication process is effortless which allows users access to their Santam policy portfolio. User profiles can be personalized, policy information is presented in a more simplistic way and additional cover or policy changes can be requested in a few easy steps. The SOS emergency button is available for insurance related emergencies and will alert Santam’s emergency response team. Claims can be submitted and can be tracked in a few easy steps.

Great easy to use app - love it. I have a suggestion though. As a smart park client it would be really great if there was a section where I could see my last recorded mileage, when the new one is due or a notification reminder and a place to upload an image and record new mileage count as well. The app can do everything but this.

I have been in an accident before. While we were waiting for the ambulance, I told a friend of mine, it is times like that a person realize how important it is to be insured, on top of all SANTAM. Some insurance companies contacted me to do a quote, and I told them that even though their quotes will be R500 less than SANTAM, I will never accept because through my experience with SANTAM, they definitely keep their promises to their clients. I will never abandon SANTAM for any other insurance.

Cannot find any policy when I enter my ID number, even though I have a policy with Santam. So cannot use the app

Absolute rubbish. Downloaded it and it doesn't find my policy details. Have to keep repeating the register and sign in process, then fill in details, so it can link my policy, but comes back, 'no details found.' I have tried at least 10 times in 8 hours. I say again, absolute rubbish, fire the designers and engineers, they're useless, and get your app designed overseas.
