I am tired of contacting support team for my money deducted for an order which was never picked up and was never delivered. Team just ask questions/screenshots which I have provided everything. but no resolution yet. very bad experience. better to use dunzo, wefast or other good service then this Saral App which is SARAL just for the name shake. If i get my issue resolved then will think about updating my feedback here or else it's a waste of time with this app. uninstalled the app again.

Your saral app is not saral. Why would a person save pickup address everytime. Saral is similar to shiprocket app but it should be similar to wefast app. We should have freedom to choose both address without saving them on a list. However, optional fill from saved address should be present in both from & to address form fields.

Horrible first time experience. Driver is not cooperative. He has no manners of speaking to the customer. There is no live tracking on the app. Also they have no customer care after 7. So if you have any trouble related to delivery, your query will be addressed the next day
