We connect you directly with farmers and customers in your area who need your machinery, ensuring you spend less time waiting and more time earning. With Sarathi, you are in the driver's seat of your business.
Key Features Instant Job Bookings: Receive direct booking requests on your phone for your farm equipment (Tractors, Excavators, Tippers) and attachments. No more middlemen—just direct connection with customers.
Manage Your Schedule: You have full control. Simply switch your status to "Online" when you are ready to take orders and "Offline" when you need a break.
Transparent Earnings: View the estimated earnings and job details (location, duration, equipment needed) before you accept a request, ensuring every trip is profitable.
Secure Job Management:
Verify Start: When you reach the location, ask the customer for the Start OTP. Enter this 4-digit code in the Sarathi app to officially start the timer and log your work hours.
Verify End: Upon completing the task, ask the customer for the Exit OTP to stop the timer. This calculates the final bill instantly and accurately.
Direct Payments: Collect 100% of your earnings directly from the customer immediately after the job is closed, using Cash or UPI. No waiting for payment cycles.
Smart Navigation: Get built-in map directions to the customer’s farm or site location, saving you fuel and time.
Sarathi Support: Access a dedicated support line within the app to resolve booking issues or technical queries quickly.
How It Works Register & List: Download the Sarathi app, sign up, and register your vehicle/equipment details.
Go Online: Turn on your availability to become visible to customers in your vicinity.
Accept & Ride: Review incoming requests. Once accepted, use the navigation to reach the customer.
Verify & Work: Enter the Start OTP provided by the customer to begin the meter.
Finish & Collect: Enter the Exit OTP to close the order, view the final amount, and collect your payment on the spot.
