Tried to order pizza by calling Sarpino. After entering my postal code, the reply I got was this is a new postal code and the system does not recognize the postal code (I have been staying in the same estate for more than 15 years). It was recommended that I use the app to order. After downloading the app, I tried to check out. It keeps telling me I have input the wrong OTP (I repeated the process 3 times). If I cannot order by calling or by the app, the only way is to visit the shop & take away?

Hey Sardines. Feel free to check order number LTFN0IX5C1GA. I've received my pizza 1 hour late (delivery estimate arrival was 6:59pm. I only got my pizza at 7:54pm, and its Ramadan! I ordered my pizza at 5:41pm FYI. No apology or explanation given! And my food was cold (not even room temperate, but COLD) when I received it! Not exaggerating here, worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Wake up Sardines management! For how long can you guys run your business like this? Extremely disappointed today!
