Very disappointing experience. I first reported this issue on July 14, and after weeks, nothing has been fixed. My child is incorrectly marked as having completed a health check they never attended. Even worse, the Health Report now contains someone else's medical data. This is a serious data privacy issue. Support only replies that the case is "being processed" without providing any real solution or timeline. I cannot trust an app that handles sensitive health data this carelessly.

Stupid app. I tried to register for the free medical check-up, but it turns out the ticket expires after a few days, so I had to register again. Now it’s stuck on the loading page, showing a red banner without any information or error message 💀💀💀
