I can't log in at all despite changing my pin 5 times, and it still didn't let me in, it said that my pin isn't valid, fix it

Very disappointing experience. I first reported this issue on July 14, and after weeks, nothing has been fixed. My child is incorrectly marked as having completed a health check they never attended. Even worse, the Health Report now contains someone else's medical data. This is a serious data privacy issue. Support only replies that the case is "being processed" without providing any real solution or timeline. I cannot trust an app that handles sensitive health data this carelessly.

Its soo ridiculous how GOVERNMENT app can't handle much of traffic/users, I even can't make an account or register cuz the verification code didn't sent to my gmail
