To access your health record information, you must have an M Health Fairview account. If you already have an M Health Fairview MyChart account, you’re good to go.
Please note: You can use your existing M Health Fairview MyChart username and password for this app. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one in the app with the “Sign Up Now” link using an activation code from your provider, or by providing and confirming some personal information. You don’t need an account to utilize the “Find Care” features.
This app includes support for the Google Fit app, allowing it to integrate with your medical record. This feature also provides the option for built-in sharing of data—such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight—from other health and fitness apps to keep your provider up to date.

Dr Tim Ramer at Smiley's M Health Fairview is the Best Family Practice doctor ever. I also think their My Chart App is great and User Friendly. One thing I would change is be able to print from the moble app Because in order to print you have login to my chart on a computer to print things off & you can not print things off things from on the my chart moble app which sucks

Overall, I'm very satisfied and grateful for everyone & the whole team at MN Fairview Health & University of Minnesota as a whole! They have the best doctors/nurses, surgeons, etc. anywhere in the whole state(s)! I also just wanted to say, that I'm very glad I made the decision for myself to seek a different personal care physician/ provider, and here at Fairview, almost instantly they set me up with somebody that was easily able to meet the both my needs & standards ! The app works good! I don't have to do any driving to different locations. I can set up my appointments for visits or even specialists. About the only time I have to drive is the day of the appointment.

Horrible every time I try to sign in as I've already told me that I've exceeded the allowed times of trying to sign in and that my password is wrong, and you want to get help is filled with the same thing happen to him

M health Fairview Wyoming sucks donkey balls. Don't ever go to the ER for anything. They'll kill you there. I swear to God. Call a witch Doctor you'll have better luck. How do you give M health Fairview zero thumbs up. I give them 5 💩💩💩💩💩☠️

Between having to be rescheduled multiple times and not even seeing my primary when I finally can be scheduled, this would not be the first place I would suggest to anyone. It may just be the Minneapolis location, but the scheduling is so terrible. My last appointment was for labs and ultrasound (take about 1.5 hrs to be done with both) and primary visit last, with a 4-hour gap between the two, no way to be seen earlier. Reschedule, can't be seen for 4 months.

Poor provider that treats their patients as a source of revenue and not a person. Won't refill prescriptions without an appointment which they are booked out two months ahead and make no effort to try and get you in earlier. They respond by message telling you yo call the office. They don't answer the phone, leave a message, and they do not return your call. Very poor customer service.
