I bought a sbi general sapphire health plan under group insurance for central govt. salary accounts but I have no way to check the details with master policy no. or certificate no. in the app. Customer care also didn't help.

Please do not take any SBI health general insurance, the claim gets rejected so many times and these SBI health insurance people are so bad that they do not even accept the cause of death written by a doctor from a big hospital. SBI health insurance is very bed and fraud company
