It is not very good response while settlement of reimbursement claim amount, firstly partly and after lots of communication second installment paid with wrong deduction

Pathethic App. When you log in it shows same policy 3 times, when you click on it says sorry something went wrong. There may be technical issue at our end. Kindly do beta testing before releasing the version.

Based on my personal experience, I would advise customers to think carefully before buying an SBI General Insurance policy. My claim has remained unresolved despite repeated follow-ups and escalations, and I have received only generic responses. I hope no customer has to go through a similar experience.
