I tried to renew my car insurance policy through this app and after getting the amount on screen, when I am trying to go further for the payment, it's throwing error always that something went wrong, we are looking into it. This is not my first experience, last year also I suffered a lot to renew my policy with the same error and I have to contact SBI General staff for their assistance to complete the process. Please consider this message with top priority and let me know when it can be solved

But company give every time query .and pending my claim in 2 month this company service is not good .so don't take policy this company 😕 😕 I will not take health policy in the future. Worst application. I have installed this app for knowing about my car insurance details and enter my phone number I did not get OTP and also not mention another way are help ... Maybe I choose wrong company for my car insurance .pls don't choose this company for car or bike insurance. Because u don't get proper response from company and branches worst manage ment
