My wife working in Japan sent money in my GCash account but I didn't receive the money. We are very disappointed with this remittance company. My wife was crying and said she will never use SBI again.

Sending money from Japan to digital bank in my country, but the process takes more than 24 hours and still not done. Talk to the CS but they say they the don't recommend it since digital bank will take 5-7 DAYS to receive the money!! I can't fathom why they didn't give any warning about that, only do it after the fact. Rediculous!
