I don't want to delete my previous comment I made before now, some tens of months ago. But something impressive about the app's recent update recipient bank search n transaction receipt. Old comment below pp as indicated, it pops up with an error message, and it has been since September 12, 2023, when I submitted a completed form to your account opening email, the process is like a snail moving, till now an account is yet to be open. You need to improve your processes.

Your banking app is the worst. No search button for bank selection, no transaction receipt, airtime recharge is not easy to access. To crown it all, the app is super slow, it's really frustrating making transfers or doing anything on the app. I am done with this bank

It requires a lot of improvement. Transaction receipt needs to be available. It takes time to load. The UI is not that simple. You need to regroup the UI. The nature of the banking UI is not that simple.

I'm unable to access my banking app. Every time I open the app, it takes me to a website and gives this error message; If you see this page, then your current SC Mobile App is not the latest version or your device is not secured. Please download the latest version of SC Mobile or update your device. For security tips, please refer This is frustrating, as I'm unable to perform any transactions, and I'm stuck.
