Every business is set up to meet needs and make profits. For Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria to be meeting needs and still make profits with the way they are operating: No hidden charges, no SMS charges, no account maintenance charges, no card maintenance charges, no this and that charges etc., SHOWS CLEARLY WE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF BY OTHER BANKS IN NIGERIA. I don't want to delete my previous comment I made before now, some tens of months ago. But something impressive about the app's recent update recipient bank search n transaction receipt. Old comment below pp as indicated, it pops up with an error message, and it has been since September 12, 2023, when I submitted a completed form to your account opening email, the process is like a snail moving, till now an account is yet to be open. You need to improve your processes.

I'm unable to access my banking app. Every time I open the app, it takes me to a website and gives this error message; If you see this page, then your current SC Mobile App is not the latest version or your device is not secured. Please download the latest version of SC Mobile or update your device. For security tips, please refer This is frustrating, as I'm unable to perform any transactions, and I'm stuck.

Simple and short, this app is terrible. It feels like an afterthought. I doubt they care about their app cos it has so many issues. Share receipt feature works occasionally, transferring to saved beneficiary is not reliable, you are asked to delete and retry. I only use this bank because I am out of options, once I resolve things, I'll gladly delete anything related to this bank.
