Pathetic experience. The international travel experience is a nightmare as at every single step it asks for the OTPs to be entered and all OTPs go to the local home country phone. In the technology era when most banks have moved to the Email based OTPs, this old-fashioned Scalia card is still following the traditional old OTP way. It ruined my travel experience abroad. I wasn't able to use this card even for a single transaction. Upon reaching back India, I would try to surrender this card back.

Very bad experience with this app. Book a Bus ticket, and it got cancelled due to breakdown. As per the Bus service, they refund my amount but Scalia did not give any refund. Bus service asked to contact the bank, and they asked to contact the bus service.

Worst experience — total waste of time! Scalia non-stop spams you with endless invites and reminders to apply for their credit card. But the moment you actually take the bait and waste your time and energy going through their tedious, multistep application process, everything goes downhill. They take 2 to 3 days just for "verification," only to randomly reject the application with zero clear explanation. Why send repeated invites to apply if you are just going to reject it anyway?!!!
