What a fast and paperless process. I used my friends' card during my recent USA trip and decided to switch to Scalia got done in 2 days. Waiting for my card to be in hand by next 48 days I'll be closing my primary SBI card and fully shift to this one. Love the experience so far.

I paid my card bill in advance, before the statement was generated, to restore my full credit limit. When the bill was generated, it still showed an amount due, even though I had already paid it. Since the payment was reflected in my available limit, I assumed nothing more was required. After the due date, the app marked the bill as unpaid and now shows that a penalty will be added in the next cycle. It's really frustrating. Advance payments shouldn't be treated this way.

Video KYC is poor. It is quick, but the agents don't clear on time. I have completed KYC and the app still shows the status that KYC review is pending. If you need a card quickly then this Scalia all is definitely the worst option.!!!

Very poor customer service. Raised a payment issue two days back...still no resolution....very disappointing....

I don’t know how got 788 cibil records and that's why Scalia rejected my application. Although I have been using 4 credit card since 2015 never once had late payment or finance charge.
