I referred someone for Scalia. While doing video KYC your KYC agent was not even aware about the latest format of PAN card, the person was already holding original PAN card but your agent simply denied saying it was not original and the format is not proper. I request Scalia to kindly educate your agents with the latest updates from the govt.

The customer service is pathetic, tried calling them multiple time. All the time they make me wait for an hour before it getting disconnected. Really pathetic

Promising concept, but a disappointing experience. Feels like the app is designed only for users with a strong credit profile. As a payments company, they should offer alternatives like FD-backed/secured cards instead of relying entirely on credit scores. Worst part: applying can trigger a hard inquiry, and rejection can hurt your credit profile. Think twice before applying if your score isn't perfect as per their expectations.

You can use your coins in store but more you search their price increases. Plus now airport lounge is after you spend 20k plus in month and that too for next billing cycle you can use. This much detailed travel planning is not possible. Now it's not worth compare to what Scalia used to be. Other better cards are still there in market. Planning to close this.
