Update. RU called me up and gave me guidance on how to fix the issue. Seems to be happening with android users. Go to settings > apps > Scarlet Knights > storage > clear cache and data. Restart phone. Mine works now.

Garbage app. Crashes even after uninstall and reinstall on Samsung Galaxy 7. Finally, started working on my phone but not on the wife's phone (same model). The Rutgers Screw strikes again! Only game in town. BRING BACK PAPER TICKETS PLEASE!

Installed the app, successfully or so I thought. It wull not open saying checkbox Wi-Fi and Internet connection and make sure airplane mode is off. Well my Internet connection works just fine for everything else on my phone and of course airplane mode is set to off!
