Latest update requires me to disable all accessibility functions on phone to use this app. I need those enabled for essential things on my phone, and I need this app to use online banking. If I need to disable for every payment will rather switch banks

Idiots wanted me to disable my password manager to enhance my "security". At least they don't complain about the existence of the password manager, but now they've completely broken password managers to enter the password. What is wrong with these idiots?

This app is very buggy and unreliable. In addition to that, the user experience is really clunky: many clicks required for any simple action, and if you click wrong once you have to start from the beginning. As of the latest update, anything you do in the app will trigger email notifications saying you have changed your fingerprint settings. Well, I haven't, but my inbox is now full of those notifications. Emailing their support is pointless: they always reply with "send us your phone number"

Incompetent SCB You migrated to a new app, new desktop website with the promise that it'll be seamless. It's not! I can't log in to desktop site even though information correct. Where's the confirmation slip in the mobile app? Missing so many functions, so many months already. WHY ARE YOU SO INCOMPETENT? Time to change banks...
