I hope sentiment is reading this. After your last update, you can no longer connect any of the HVAC devices or pro 2 devices to Wi-Fi. Doesn't matter if you hard reset them or not. Please fix this. It's very annoying. , ................... they updated the app to date, and it fixed everything!! Thank you so much for listening!!!

The app is OK but just lost ability to see oil levels. The instructions and spec sheet should state that it only connects with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi radio on routers. Once I figured that out, all was good.

Definitely happy now that they made a whole new app to connect my devices to. I did have an issue with it connecting to Wi-Fi, but I moved it closer to the Wi-Fi router and tried it again, and it worked and finished setup. I love the Bluetooth connection it has now, finally it will keep my schedules and connection to the app.

Doesn't work. Updated the app, even the first app didn't work. Says it's connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but yet I can't install the updates. When I try, I get an error stating it can't connect. I keep it plugged in continuously. The schedules don't work. App is 100% WORTHLESS!

Worst app ever! The diffuser can't stick to the schedule and stays on. I turn it off, and it turns back on its own. I can't update the firmware even though it's connected to the Wi-Fi. The app says the oil level is 0% even though the bottle is new. Hell the diffuser is new too. I've only had it for a day. Tech support tries to help, but they're pretty limited.
