I've been using Schedulicity for 2 1/2 years. It's never let me down. In the rare event that something does happen I've been lucky that it was short-lived and I didn't have anything negative happen during the time. Love it! My no shows have drasticly been resuced due to the reminders. I watch co-workers who use a paper book have miscommunication all the time which equals lost revenue. I am always thankful I use Schedulicity.

Has always been a little slow, but latest update it terrible. Making apts is time-consuming and frustrating for clients who are waiting to schedule.

Using your web browser is much more efficient and less stressful than this app. Doesn't refresh, and there's no manual refresh button. You have to close and reopen the app. Some of the features, such as pressing a link to contact clients doesn't work. The schedulicity booking system as a product is nice though.
