Good app I was thinking it would make a great app if it would have function where you could create flash card template. Like adding more questions. Because is very narrow usually flash cards have bigger list. For example: activating event (what caused my reaction?); feeling; thought; behavior; modes reaction (detached protector, healthy adult, lonely child and ect.); justified reaction (what mode was justified?); overreaction (what mode of my reaction was too strong?, ); desired reaction. Just some random thoughts

This is rebt (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) that I learned from my counselor in counseling. I also read about rebt too. This is a very good app if anyone wants to learn rebt w a counselor who is trained to do rebt in their practice.

Insufficient The core elements of schema therapy are not represented. Behaviors, thoughts and emotions should be connected to a mode. Also, comparing the maladaptive modes with the healthy adult mode should be tracked. It's just incomplete for the therapy system.
