I am unable to register in this transport management app. Is this app for Johnson Grammar school nacharam?

Why this app is NOT working? We installed this app because the school transport Manager asked us to install after being logged out of the previous app of Neotrack which was working good. Now this app saying to login with the registered mobile number, when we do so.. It's not proceeding further. Worst app it seems. If this app isn't working then why to keep it. Simply removing it.
