Never had a problem they let you know when you are due a delivery and the date and time .and it arrives the time and date its due.driver is always polite, and they ask you your name as well.

Don't use it for medication reminders as it is useless because when there is an update needed you won't get your reminder.

Only good for ordering and knowing what day delivery will be. Tracking does not work shows delivery van at their base when the driver is knocking on my door other features are of no use to me. Text messages like your the next delivery 50 mins before they arrive is pointless...so your sat looking out for them that amount of time. Getting silly now 4 messages in 3 days telling me to log in to account which I do, but there's nothing to do on account all good. Sent email and made phone call 🙈🙉🙊

It keeps having the wrong dates displayed or wrong amount of medication I have left. I have to keep editing this information. I'm fed up, especially at times when you can't. I take my meds monthly as it mentions on the screen. But every so often the reminders change to fortnightly. It probably a glitch but if they think I have one less injection as a result and have to inform them. It has at times marked down I've taken an injection when I haven't. The app needs fixing.

Good when it works but I always seem to have issues when it comes to getting my 4 hour and 2-hour delivery slots and even the map sometimes doesn't work still having the same issue. I need to know for work. A girl today signed me up for text alerts hopefully this helps me. The time slots just aren't showing up at all. Sometimes I get the 2 hour, and sometimes I get the 4 but not always
