Some functional improvement definitely shows since the last App refresh! SDCCU has been an interesting bank to get used to! As a bona fide banking institution, you STILL need to change some fairly common practices that are "normal" with other Financial institutions, such as allowing existing customers to perform standard online functions without the need to "call customer service"! We appreciate the "Security cautiousness", but please, you are no longer a small Corner Credit Union!

Unable to login. Biometric fingerprint doesn't work (I have other apps where biometric does work). Password field doesn't accept data input. When I tap the password field, nothing happens (the keyboard doesn't appear, so I can't enter the password).

Every time l try to open it, I immediately get a screen saying I've been blocked. I did not have this problem with the old SDCCU app, or any of my other account apps. Please fix this, thank you. Update: When I try to connect using paid VPN from a well respected company, I'm immediately blocked. When I shut that down and use unknown Wi-Fi provided by overseas hotel, the app opens, and I get the screen where I'm asked to enter my username and password. Don't feel comfortable doing that. Sorry
