Great app. Currently, the only app that serves as alternative to the tasker plugin 'Secure Settings'. Hats off for your hard work on this app.

Sadly didn't work for me on s8+ running custom Oreo ROM (rooted) Tried rooted method and fresh installation in rooted method. Have all adb permission. Nothing but boot loops. Doubt Devs fault. Likely my handset. Nevertheless I have used before and worked. Thanks for providing an alternative to secure settings.

Giving all this Dev's app 5 🌟... Thank you dev!

Very useful plugin for Tasker. As for the ADB commands, they can be executed from the terminal emulator itself as root. You don't need ABD.

This is by far my favorite Tasker plugin. It would absolutely be worth paying for. In fact the only thing I could think to suggest is what someone else already mentioned that it would be nice if you could pass -p to reboot option. Other than that it's simply amazing

Tried the root method for device admin, caused boot loop and now my phone is ded. Android12 pixel Experience

There is a BIG difference between device admin, which the description states is needed along with a few simple adb commands & can be easily granted, & device owner, which is also required, not made clear enough in the description, & requires a factory reset (no, thanks). I wasted far too much time getting this set up & figuring out how to use it with Macro Droid (can't find instructions ANYWHERE), only to find I can't do what I was trying to do. This requirement needs to be made MUCH clearer.

No easy way to make as Device Owner using root, also keeps getting error telling me I have to make it as Device Admin, which I already did.

Complete waste of time in the latest Android versions. Device admin does jack squat, you most likely need Device Owner. You waste time granting permissions in ADB shell all to find out nothing works like you expect it to. Can't give the app Read/Write permissions. Bravo for what it was years back, but it's time for the dust bin with this app, all thanks to Google. Tasker is not far behind. Becoming more work than it's worth.
