The App and See star are the best telescope invention for the amature individual to get into deep space photography on a budget. The photos amaze my family and friends.

Amazing app and support for it is second to none! This Telescope makes astronomy accessible to many people who would otherwise not be able to get into this hobby. I recommend EAA to anyone wanting to dip into it. Incredible box of tricks and quite versatile it also takes scenery photos as well!

★★★★★ Damon Cogburn · May 17, 2025

ZWO has been very good about frequent updates adding new stuff all the time. I was losing half my captures do to star trailing but thanks to the new EQ mode I'm getting about an 85% success rate and no field rotation. So I'm very happy with where things stand now.

Ads! I will only give ONE star until you remove the ads! We already have the telescope, we are using your product, why on the app we see ads for it?

★☆☆☆☆ Brian Martin · May 6, 2026

Latest update the See star can no longer find the Bluetooth connection, therefore I cannot use my telescope. Thanks a lot ZWO. The app is so flaky you can't even submit a bug report. You just get a spinning wheel going around ad infinitum. 06/05/2026 In response to ZWO - I have reached out to customer support and heard nothing back...not even an acknowledgement email. I am not on Facebook, nor do I intend to be.

Since the latest firmware upgrade it doesn't work so I have expensive piece of equipment that doesn't donors job because of bugs glitches in firmware come ZWO get it sorted. Not very happy people out here
