Revised: After a reinstallation on my Android phone (still 1st night with new eV scope) app worked with scope, the key being the appearance of the blue telescope icon when the catalog is showing. Tap the icon, and you're Wi-Fi'd to control the eV scope. Despite near full moon and cloudy conditions, several pictures with some color were taken and saved successfully. Impressive overall.

It would be nice to have in app tracking and comments. I currently have a spreadsheet tracking observation that I have done. This way I don't have to toggle back and forth between apps checking if I have done target, last date and time on observation.

Use this several times a month for public star parties. Good companion to visual scope I also use at the same time. I used to use a Google Chromebook with a 17 in monitor for the public to see some amazing objects but the recent app update downgraded the chromebook so it no longer works (the scope still communicates with the chromebook in telling the battery level, but no images are transmitted as they had been in the past). Bring back the chromebook functionality in the next update.

Mean app for the brilliant telescope. With lack of its own planetarium and without connection to Sky Safari or any other planetarium app, it makes the telescope unusable for unrestricted "what's this" direct observations in the field

App crashes, and I can't get it to open on the tablet we have to support the Equinox telescope we just received.

I am owner of an escape. I don't like DEEP DARK TECHNOLOGY (DDT) There should be a software downgrade option. I don't like AI tweaking the images. I can't be sure anymore that the final images are real. Even on their site, if you read carefully the expressions they use, their answer is ambiguous. I quote" ., it is real, we do NOT make any overlay of any preexisting images....." What about an overlay on the "captured" image?
